Twenty nine years as a top performing Medical and Dental Sales Manager, including the #2 Healthcare Company in the world, Marla is known in the industry as a highly successful Manager with expertise in sales, management, developing partnerships, market penetration and start/up turn around highly competitive environments. Her humble beginnings started as a Certified Dental Assistant and over the year's gained tremendous knowledge (a degree in business) and success from the Medical/Dental environment working with Hospitals, Multi-specialty groups, Purchasing groups, Physicians, Dentists, Oral Surgeons and Distributors. Marla managed the business side of her husband's Oral Surgery practice as well as filled in as his surgical assistant for numerous years and finally helped him find his dream position. Her passion, love and enjoyment for Oral Surgery came full circle when she founded Marla Spriggs & Associated, Inc., DBA as OMS EXCLUSIVELY in 2002. Marla brings a vast knowledge and empathy to her company OMS EXCLUSIVELY. She has hands on experience buying, selling, setting up a new Oral Surgery office from the ground up, handling all the business aspects of an Oral Surgery office and over 29 years of recruiting of either sales representatives, Physician's or Oral Surgeons. She has had the lifestyle as a Residents wife and wondering where they will go when he "they" are done.
