Multi-location, high-production practice in East Texas is looking for a well-rounded, personable Oral Surgeon to join them. This Associate opportunity has a defined Partnership track, is offering competitive base compensation plus a bonus incentive based on collections. Scope of practice includes: craniofacial/cleft, orthognathics, heavy implants, TMJ and sleep apnea. There will be a marketing/education-with-referrals component expected of Associate as well. Office call is shared equally, no trauma call. Office staff is highly trained and schedules are full.
