Guaranteed base compensation for first 6 months then transition to 35% of collections, flexible schedule and template control. After the 1 million collections threshold, the % increases. Full-scope practice with some orthognathics, craniofacial/cleft, TMJ and sleep apnea surgeries being performed in a hospital setting. Trauma call is optional, office call for your own patients. Willing to add to scope of procedures for credentialed and trained surgeon.
