Multi location, state-of-the-art private group practice is looking for a well-trained, board certified or board eligible individual who is interested in an associateship with a quick, clear path to partnership with no buy-in necessary.  A personable, conscientious, hard-working, and motivated team player looking for a long-term opportunity will be considered.  This practice is looking for a surgeon with strong leadership skills, someone who is willing to mentor and foster relationships with the referral base, who is willing to engage in the PR and CE program of the practice and give presentations and work with the education program offered to the referral base and who will become a leader within the community.  The practice is offering an exceptional base compensation as well as a full benefits package including 4 weeks of time off for CE and Vacation.  This is a full scope, doctor owned practice with heavy emphasis on dental implants with the opportunity to place several hundred per year, in addition to full arch cases.  Opportunity for trauma call at a Level I Trauma Center, full schedule, stable and wide referral base and dedicated and fully trained staff.
